IMP Locum Tenens, LLC is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon with total joints experience to join an established orthopedic program serving a rural community near Reno, Nevada. This unique opportunity offers full-scope orthopedic practice, a predictable schedule, and full travel support—without the need to relocate.

Highlights include a balanced mix of elective and acute cases, 10 shifts/month with 24/7 ED orthopedic call coverage, fly-in model with licensing

Qualifications

• Total joints experience required or strongly preferred.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Experience in general orthopedic care and acute/chronic cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope orthopedic care, with focus on total joints, arthroscopy, hand, and basic fracture care.
• Manage elective and acute cases with a balanced mix.
• Support hospitalists with admissions and 24/7 ED orthopedic call coverage.
• Coordinate with the established surgical team and onsite clinic.

• Fly-in model – licensing and all travel covered
