Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to establish and grow an elective orthopedic practice in Williamson County, Illinois, with strong support from an established health system, APP assistance, and a collaborative orthopedic team.

The opportunity includes dedicated OR block time, support from APPs, and a structured infrastructure to grow the service line, while handling limited acute coverage and benefiting from a comprehensive

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure and hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow an elective orthopedic practice in Williamson County, IL.
• Provide limited acute orthopedic and fracture care as needed.
• Leverage strong administrative and clinical infrastructure to grow the service line.
• Collaborate with APP and health system to support patient growth.

Requirements:
