The role emphasizes learning new processes, adhering to safety policies, and continuous improvement within a progressive certification program that supports growth and skill development.

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing or large machinery experience preferred.
• Understand safety policies to support a Zero Harm culture.
• Proven track record of learning, growth, and reliability.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods daily.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and handle moderate physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain industrial equipment and machinery.
• Learn to manufacture a wide variety of products.
• Report safety, quality and mechanical issues to leads.
• Assist with down day cleaning, wash-ups, and housekeeping.
• Perform product adherence checks to ensure quality.
• Operate forklifts and handle loading/unloading of products.
