Advance Services, Inc. in Durant, IA, is hiring a General Operator-Harvest Season for a seasonal role with hours 6:00 AM–6:30 PM. Pay is $18.00/hr with weekly pay. The position involves fast-paced production tasks in Durant during harvest season.

You will receive and process crop from fields, weigh and unload trucks, and ensure accurate data entry on scale tickets and in computer systems, while helping manage seed inventory and packaging.

• Ability to enter data accurately into the system.

• Operate dryer to dry crop within the prescribed safety, quality, and financial requirements Shelling and storage of crop from bins in the dryer facility Supply the Conditioning department with a constant supply of seed Label, tag, bag and palletize seed Enter inventory information into computer Stage seed for shipment in warehouse.
