High Desert Regional Health Center in Lancaster, CA seeks a full-time generalist OB/GYN to provide comprehensive outpatient services with opportunities for hospital-based duties and academic involvement.

The role emphasizes prenatal care, gynecologic procedures, collaboration with NPs, and potential supervision of residents, while supporting an academic appointment with UCLA and in-house call privileges.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• ABOG board-certified or board-eligible.
• Active or ability to obtain a California state medical license.
• Experience contributing to an academic, energetic, and creative multi-disciplinary faculty.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN outpatient services.
• Dedicate up to 40% of time to hospital-based services (L&D coverage and/or OR time) and supervise residents.
• Collaborate with two full-time NPs and other clinicians.
• Offer prenatal care and office-based gynecologic procedures.
