Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide full scope of primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.
• Conduct patient examinations and prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Coordinate care with Medical Directors and other providers; participate in quality improvement programs.
• Utilize electronic medical records and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and early detection.
