Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Neurologist (ABPN BC/BE) to join a well-established neurology team in Rutland, Vermont. This is a broad-based opportunity with inpatient and outpatient duties, including potential botulinum toxin injections for migraine, dystonia, and spasticity.

The ideal candidate holds MD/DO, completed neurology residency, is Board Certified or Board Eligible, and possesses Vermont licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Neurology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible through ABPN.
• Eligible for or holding Vermont medical license.
• EEG and EMG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient general neurology services.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic neurologic conditions.
• Interpret EEG and EMG studies (preferred).
• Perform or expand botulinum toxin injections as desired.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, primary care providers, and specialty teams.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and clinical excellence.
