OhioHealth in Pickerington, OH seeks a BE/BC General Neurologist to join our physician-led health system. The role balances outpatient clinic, inpatient coverage, and teaching within a world-class Neuroscience program.

The position offers competitive salary with bonuses, plus generous loan repayment up to $80,000 and relocation assistance up to $8,000 for qualified candidates. Residency/fellowship stipends may be available.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Neurology (ABMS).
• Experience in general neurology practice is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain a general neurology practice at OhioHealth Pickerington Methodist Hospital (hospital opened December 2023).
• Provide outpatient clinic 4.5 days per week and .5 day of administrative time.
• Participate in inpatient coverage and occasional virtual health coverage (~6–7 weeks per year).
• Collaborate with GMC Neurologists, Neurohospitalists, Behavioral Health, MS, Neurosurgery, and Pain Medicine on site.
• Offer procedures: Botox, trigger point injections, nerve blocks, EMG, EEG.
• Teach internal medicine residents and engage with the Neuroscience program and service line.

• Seeking a general or subspecialty trained neurologist interested in building a general neurology practice at OhioHealth Pickerington Methodist Hospital (hospital opened December 2023)

• Average weekly schedule: 4.5 days OP clinic and .5 day admin time per week.

• Inpatient coverage and/or virtual health coverage roughly 6-7 weeks per year.

• Collaboration with GMC Neurologists, Neurohospitalists, Behavioral Health, MS, Neurosurgery, and Pain Medicine (on site)

• Available procedures: Botox, trigger point injections, nerve blocks, EMG, EEG

• Advanced Practice Provider supporting patients in clinic for follow up

• Teaching opportunities with internal medicine residents
