During peak hours, the General Manager plays an active role in leading the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Implement measures to address inventory concerns when neededManage controllable expenses, making sure to place inventory orders while maintaining cost standardsEstablish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal support teamsOversee proper use of equipment, small wares, and products. Confirm all equipment is cleaned regularly and preventive maintenance is performed to ensure safety and functionality.
