Job summary

Meijer Great Lakes is hiring a Stocking Clerk to ensure shelves are stocked with a wide range of groceries and products. You will move products from pallets to shelves, assist with back-room organization, and support leadership to keep operations smooth and ready for customers.

This entry-level role emphasizes reliable, friendly customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail. Overnight shifts are included to prepare the store each day, with opportunities for growth and benefits through the

Qualifications

• Comfortable learning and using basic technology.
• Ability to follow processes in an organized, efficient way.
• Able to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
