Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Monroe, NY is hiring General Merchandise Associates to greet customers, assist with purchases, and suggest suitable merchandise. You will help maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and may perform paint mixing or fabric cutting as part of daily tasks.

This is a full-time position with available shifts including mid-shift and closing. Compensation includes a base hourly wage that must meet or exceed state minimums, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives and

Job description

Hourly Wage: $16.5 - $29.5 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
