Job summary

Walmart Supercenter Tilton NH is seeking General merchandise associates to greet customers, assist with purchases, and recommend products based on shopper needs. You will help maintain hobby and home improvement displays and may assist with paint mixing and fabric cutting during shifts.

Employment is full-time with mid-shift and closing hours. The job offers an hourly wage between $16 and $29, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Job description

Hourly Wage

$16 - $29 per hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
