Job summary

Walmart is hiring General merchandise associates in Spirit Lake, IA. You will greet customers on the salesfloor, assist with requests, and recommend merchandise tailored to customer needs.

You’ll help maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and may assist with paint mixing or fabric cutting as part of daily tasks. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with shifts including mid-shift and closing, at Walmart Supercenter #1415.

Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
