Walmart in Silvis, IL is hiring a Part-Time General Merchandise Associate to greet customers, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on their needs.

You will help maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays, and may assist with paint mixing and fabric cutting. The role offers hourly pay between $15 and $28 and shifts including Mid-Shift and Closing at Walmart Supercenter #4511, 1601 18TH ST, SILVIS, IL 61282.

Job Overview

General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
