Job summary

Walmart Supercenter Savannah is seeking General Merchandise Associates to greet customers on the sales floor, assist with their needs, and recommend merchandise based on customer preferences. Painting and fabric cutting may be required to keep Hobby & Home Improvement displays in order.

This full-time role offers Opening and Morning shifts, with a pay range of $16–$29 per hour plus performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, a 401(k), stock purchase,

• Greet customers on the sales floor and offer assistance
• Suggest and help customers select merchandise based on preferences
• Maintain Hobby & Home Improvement displays and ensure they are orderly
• Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
