Job summary

Walmart Supercenter #1064 in Lenoir, NC is hiring a General Merchandise Associate to greet customers, assist on the sales floor, and recommend items based on customer needs. You may help maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and assist with paint mixing and fabric cutting as needed.

The role is full-time with openings for morning shifts and hourly wages starting at $15 and up to $28 per hour, plus eligible performance incentives and comprehensive benefits including health, retirement

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
