Job summary

Walmart in Abingdon, MD is hiring General Merchandise Associates on a part-time basis. You will greet customers on the sales floor, offer help, and suggest merchandise based on customer needs. You may help maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and assist with occasional paint mixing or fabric cutting.

The role features mid-shift and closing shifts with hourly pay ranging from $17 to $30, plus performance incentives and comprehensive benefits. This is an on-site position at Walmart #2009.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
