Job summary

Walmart in Lexington, SC is hiring general merchandise associates to greet customers on the salesfloor, assist shoppers, and recommend merchandise based on their needs.

You will help maintain Hobby & Home Improvement displays and may perform paint mixing or fabric cutting as part of daily duties. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with Live Better U education benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with friendly communication.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mid-shift and closing.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
