Walmart Supercenter #508 in Kerrville, TX is hiring for general merchandise associates. You will greet customers on the sales floor, assist them with selections and recommend merchandise based on their needs, while ensuring Hobbies & Home Improvement displays stay tidy and well stocked.

Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required. The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with opening morning shifts.

Job description

Hourly Wage:

$14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
