Walmart Supercenter #1388 in Kendallville, IN is hiring general merchandise associates to greet customers, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. You may also help maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and assist with paint mixing and fabric cutting when needed.

This is a full-time position with mid-shift or closing hours. The job offers hourly pay of 14 to 27 USD, plus performance incentives, benefits, PTO, and access to Walmart education programs.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
