Job summary

Walmart is seeking General Merchandise Associates to greet customers on the sales floor, assist with selections, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. You will also ensure displays are well-organized and may perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as required.

The role is full-time and on-site at Walmart Supercenter #375 in Huntsville, AL, with a variety of shifts (Mid-Shift, Closing) and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

Additional Compensation: Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
