Job description

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour. (Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

Additional Compensation: Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time.

Available shifts: Mid-Shift, Closing.

Job Overview

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
