Job summary

Walmart is hiring at Walmart Supercenter #3784 in Franklin, OH for General Merchandise Associates. The role involves greeting customers, offering help, and recommending merchandise based on customer needs.

You will ensure displays are maintained in the Hobbies & Home Improvement area, and may assist with paint mixing or fabric cutting as required. Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing; this is a full-time position with an hourly wage of $14–$27 plus incentives and premiums where applicable.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
