Job summary

Walmart is hiring at Walmart Supercenter #1238 in Fayetteville, NC for General Merchandise Associates. This role involves greeting customers, assisting on the sales floor, and recommending merchandise based on customers' needs. You may help with hobby and home improvement displays and occasional paint mixing or fabric cutting.

This is a part-time position with mid-shift and closing shifts. You'll join a team focused on customer service and store presentation, with opportunities for pay growth

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
