Job summary

Walmart Supercenter #37 in Farmington, MO is seeking a part-time General Merchandise Associate. You will greet customers, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs on the sales floor.

You may assist with maintaining Hobbies & Home Improvement displays, and may perform paint mixing or fabric cutting as part of daily duties. Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing with a wage range shown.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
