Job summary

Walmart is hiring General Merchandise Associates in Fairview, TN. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise recommendations, and help keep displays organized on the sales floor.

Some duties may include basic paint mixing and fabric cutting as part of stock and display work on a day-to-day basis. The role is full-time with available mid-shift and closing shifts, and comes with competitive hourly pay and a benefits package that includes health, retirement, and paid time off.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
