Job summary

Walmart Supercenter #734 in Enterprise, AL is hiring General Merchandise Associates. You will greet customers, assist on the sales floor and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. You may also help maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays, including paint mixing and fabric cutting when required.

This part-time role offers pay in the $14–$27 per hour range, plus performance incentives and benefits such as medical, vision and dental coverage, a 401(k), PTO and other employee programs.

Hourly Wage:

$14 - $27 per/hour

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
