Job summary

Walmart Supercenter Carlisle is hiring General Merchandise Associates to greet customers, assist on the sales floor and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. You may help maintain displays and assist with product placement.

The role involves handling various tasks including paint mixing and fabric cutting when required, with a focus on friendly service and efficient checkout support. This is a full-time, on-site position with shift options.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
