Walmart is hiring for a General merchandise associate at Walmart Supercenter #1019 in Canon City, CO. You will greet customers, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise tailored to customer needs while keeping displays neat and stocked.

Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing. The role emphasizes customer service, product placement, and basic product handling tasks, with a focus on delivering a helpful shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
