Job description

Hourly Wage: $18.5 - $31.5 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customers wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.Regularly assist and interact customers in a helpful and safe manner;Work together with fellow associates without discriminating, bullying, or engaging in physical altercations; ANDAct with integrity in and around, and with the safe handling of, valuable merchandise, cash, and the sensitive financial or personal information of customers.
