Meijer Inc. is seeking a part-time Stocking Clerk to provide exceptional customer service with strong product knowledge and a friendly attitude. You will assist with merchandising and daily store tasks while learning our processes and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

This entry-level role focuses on stocking shelves, back-room duties, and collaborating with leadership to keep operations running smoothly, including overnight preparation for the next day.

Qualifications

• Comfortable learning and using basic technology.
• Follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
• Stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• You enjoy being part of a team and supporting shared goals.
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
