We provide comprehensive training and benefits, with opportunities to learn merchandising, pricing, and guest services. This role may involve varying shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet and assist guests.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers.
• Handle receiving, restocking, pricing and signage for GM areas.
• If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise.
• Follow store procedures to manage inventory and maintain sales floors.
