Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests and provide warm, helpful interactions
• Assist guests in finding what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Execute daily tasks such as receiving products, stocking shelves, organizing backroom, and setting up merchandise and signs for GM areas
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
• Learn and execute operational procedures to manage product availability and store profitability
• Follow Target policies and safety procedures and report hazards as needed
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes while ensuring compliance
