Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest service in fast-paced retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests at 10ft and 4ft and assisting with needs.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, merchandise setup and maintenance, pricing activities, and signage.
• Follow safety procedures and policies, and operate power equipment if certified.
• Assist with guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment.
