Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Expert to support a guest-first experience. You will help maintain product availability, set and sign displays, and assist guests with inquiries in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include executing daily workloads, supporting inventory replenishment, and contributing to sales goals while working as part of a collaborative team. Training will be provided to develop product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.

• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
