Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet the guest and initiate a warm, helpful interaction
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive attitude
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, merchandise set up and maintenance, pricing, and signage for GM areas
• Operate power equipment if certified and follow store procedures for stock and inventory management
• Adhere to all Target policies and safety procedures and assist with digital fulfillment processes when needed
