Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while performing daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their needs and provide helpful assistance.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize backroom, and set up merchandise and signs.
• Operate power equipment if certified and support pricing changes and inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to safety policies and assist with back-up cashier or digital fulfillment as required
