Meijer is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk in Indiana to deliver great customer service, stock shelves, and keep backrooms organized. You’ll learn and use basic technology, follow procedures, and work with the team to ensure shelves are ready for customers.

This role involves overnight shifts, physical tasks up to 50 lbs, and a focus on safety. Meijer offers weekly pay, team member discounts, 401(k) contributions, parental leave, education assistance, and career development programs.

Responsabilités

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

As a Stocking Clerk, you play a critical role in keeping our store running smoothly. Your work ensures shelves are fully stocked for our customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus
• You have the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
