Meijer in Michigan is hiring an entry‑level Stocking Clerk to deliver great customer service and keep shelves stocked with a wide range of groceries. You will also assist with restocking and merchandising tasks to maintain an inviting store environment.

You’ll move products from pallets to shelves, assist leadership, and ensure back‑room cleanliness. The role includes overnight work and teamwork to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualificações

• Basic technology literacy and comfort using simple devices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

What You’ll Do

As a Stocking Clerk, you play a critical role in keeping our store running smoothly. Your work ensures shelves are fully stocked for our customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

You’ll:

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products

• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately

• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back‑room areas

• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed

• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead

• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
