Summary

This position is responsible for assembling, packaging, and inspecting medical devices in accordance with established quality and production standards. This role includes working with chemicals, machines, and measurement equipment. The individual must follow procedures, policies, and applicable regulatory requirements to meet the standards outlined in the organization’s Quality Policy.

Shift

• Sunday-Thursday 11:00 pm -7:00 am
• Ability to work a non-standard schedule as needed.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures and guidelines to manufacture products according to specifications and schedules, while meeting volume, cost, waste, and quality targets.
• Operates machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Monitors product quality to identify, discard, or rework non-conforming products.
• Maintains accurate daily production records to support performance tracking and analysis.
