We invest in innovation and education to fuel new ways forward, while always seeking out opportunities to give back. Every day, we aim higher, expanding what’s possible for those who change the world.

Responsibilities
  • Lead with curiosity and conviction: ask questions, challenge assumptions, and push beyond legacy thinking to reimagine how the business operates today, tomorrow and grows.
  • Operate with an urgency mindset: move quickly from insight to decision to action, favoring progress over perfection and learning through execution.
  • Leverage AI and data as force multipliers, using AI‑enabled insight to accelerate growth, improve decision quality, and redesign workflows while maintaining clear human accountability for outcomes.
  • Maintain and continue to raise the bar on performance for the entire team, setting stretch goals, establishing clear metrics and KPIs and expecting excellence, starting with yourself.
  • Be a visible learner, an adopter of new tools, continuous learner, and a catalyst for change.
  • Balance boldness with discipline, pairing ambition with rigor, courage with judgment, and innovation with financial and governance stewardship.
  • Make YourCause from Blackbaud the fastest‑moving, most innovative, and most admired company in the market.
  • Serve as the Senior Executive and General Manager of this strategic business with accountability for strategy, growth, execution, and P&L, delivering accretive growth and a strong Rule of 40+ performance.
  • Design and execute an ambitious growth strategy focused on doubling the business within the Long‑Range Planning horizon, using AI, data, and experimentation to accelerate outcomes.
  • Build and run an Annual Operating Plan (AOP) with urgency, making clear trade‑offs to drive near‑term growth and profitability while investing for durable, long‑term scale.
  • Lead a global, cross‑functional organization (sales, marketing, product, services, customer success) with an operating cadence that drives speed, alignment, and accountability.
  • Instrument the business with the right metrics and dashboards, making performance visible, decision‑making faster, and execution sharper.
  • Support the evolving culture of ownership and momentum, setting clear goals, coaching for impact, giving direct feedback, and holding teams accountable.
  • Build deep customer and market intimacy, translating insights into differentiated offerings and go‑to‑market advantage.
  • Partner tightly with Centers of Excellence to ensure enterprise alignment while moving faster than the status quo.
  • Own financial results with rigor—allocating capital wisely and scaling growth efficiently.
  • Partner with Corporate Strategy to identify M&A opportunities and lead post‑acquisition integration to full value realization.
Qualifications
  • Proven AI‑first growth leader: senior executive experience leading growth inside complex, high‑growth organizations across technology, education, and/or the nonprofit ecosystem, with a demonstrated ability to reimagine operating models through data, automation, and AI‑enabled insight.
  • True P&L ownership with bold outcomes: current or recent P&L owner with a track record of accelerating growth, placing smart bets, and delivering outsized results, decisively and learning fast.
  • Scaled global SaaS leadership: served at the SVP level (or equivalent) within a global SaaS company ($300M+ in revenue) and personally led businesses through periods of significant expansion, including successfully doubling revenues.
  • Global operating mindset: delivered results across North America, Europe, and Asia‑Pacific, navigating scale, complexity, and diverse market dynamics with confidence.
  • End‑to‑end general management expertise: led across sales, marketing, product, services, and customer success—aligning teams around a shared operating cadence that prioritizes speed, clarity, and accountability.
  • Builder of growth engines: designed and executed ambitious growth strategies, including new monetization models, expansion plays, and operating innovations that drive durable P&L performance.
  • Credible voice in social impact: deep domain expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Philanthropy, recognized as a thoughtful, visible industry leader—comfortable on stage, in the market, and with executive stakeholders.
  • Rule‑of‑40 discipline: strong command of SaaS economics and a proven ability to deliver results through the disciplined combination of top‑line growth and margin expansion.
  • AI‑enabled operator: designed scalable workflows, defined performance metrics, built systems that surface truth, and continuously optimized how work gets done—leveraging AI to increase speed without sacrificing accountability.
  • Talent magnet and truth teller: sharp insight into people, quickly identifying potential, building high‑performing teams, and making tough talent decisions with empathy and clarity.
  • Go‑to‑market leadership at scale: deep experience leading SMB, mid‑market, and enterprise sales motions as part of an integrated, modern GTM strategy.
  • Repeated success scaling businesses: prior accountability for similar sized P&Ls and a clear history of growing those businesses at pace.
  • Strong market presence: externally facing, comfortable representing the brand with customers, partners, and at key industry events, with travel flexibility as required.
  • Values‑centered leader: leads with integrity, communicating transparently, protecting confidentiality, and delivering hard truths directly and respectfully.
  • Board‑ready executive: experience engaging with Boards of Directors, operating with confidence, clarity, and strategic rigor.
