Job summary

Sinkula Investments’ Wendy’s location seeks an experienced restaurant leader to drive daily operations, lead the management and crew, and ensure top-tier food safety and profitability. This role emphasizes staffing, scheduling, payroll, and coaching a high-performing team across dayparts.

You will manage inventory, monitor quality, and partner with leadership to promote growth and internal promotions, with a strong focus on consistent execution and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience (restaurant preferred).
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work a 50-hour schedule across dayparts.
• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within market if needed.
