Job summary

HAZA Foods in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead the Wendy's location. You will manage the restaurant team, uphold brand standards, and strive to deliver exceptional guest service while achieving sales and operating metrics.

You will develop your crew, ensure food safety with SERV Safe certification, maintain costs, and promote a positive, inclusive work environment. This role offers a stable schedule, competitive pay with bonuses, benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Must have SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage a restaurant team and guest service.

Pay Transparency

Pay Range $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 / year

You must be willing and able to:

• Lead the management team to achieve our employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill.
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers, and maintain a clean restaurant that you-re proud to work in.
• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
• Must be 21 years of age or older
