Wendy's in Mason, Ohio is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead the restaurant management team, build a cohesive staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while hitting sales and operational metrics.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, customer-first leadership, and developing the team with ongoing training. You’ll oversee scheduling, standards compliance, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive, family-style environment.

Qualifications

• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
