Wendy’s Magnolia location is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the Restaurant Management Team and drive sales while upholding operational standards. You will coach staff, optimize schedules, and ensure excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes food safety, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering a top-rate guest experience. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a dynamic Wendy’s restaurant network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant or retail team.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (SERV Safe preferred).

• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers, and maintain a clean restaurant that you-re proud to work in.
• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
• Must be 21 years of age or older
