Job summary

Wendy's in Friendswood, TX is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the Restaurant Management Team, coach a winning crew, and deliver on sales and operational metrics.

You will build a strong customer experience, demonstrate strong problem solving, ensure food safety, and mentor your team to grow within the company. This role requires 21+ and SERV Safe certification by training end, with occasional store travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build a team.
• Strong leadership to drive sales and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Create a service experience so good the guests can’t wait to come back to Wendy’s.
• Maintain high-quality food safety and procedures across locations when applicable.
• Ensure brand standards are followed and the restaurant is clean and welcoming.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development for team members.

• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
