Job summary

Wendy's in Katy, Texas seeks a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead the restaurant management team, drive guest satisfaction, and meet sales and operational goals. You will coach and develop shift managers, ensure food safety, and maintain brand standards while delivering a positive, high-energy environment for colleagues and guests.

You’ll manage schedules, control costs, and participate in ongoing training to promote the next generation of leaders.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Experience leading restaurant management teams is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most shifts and oversee service delivery.
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean, safe restaurant.
• Develop and coach staff to promote growth and advancement within Wendy's.

• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
