Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sports management, or related field.
• 5–7 years in sports management with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong financial, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the team’s business and administrative functions.
• Coordinate between front office and support teams to achieve goals.
• Develop and manage the team’s budget, including revenue and cost control.
• Set and track financial targets with ownership.
• Oversee front office departments: box office, marketing, group sales, community relations, corporate sales.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate front office staff in multiple departments.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment to maximize performance.
• Build strong relationships with local businesses, sponsors, media, and fans.
• Support charitable endeavors and community engagement initiatives.
• Develop long-term strategic goals for stadium improvements, fan engagement, and operations.
• Assess competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead efforts to enhance presence and performance within the league.
