Temco Logistics, a proud subsidiary of The Home Depot, is seeking a General Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence in final-mile delivery. This role oversees one of our premier locations in Sparks, NV and focuses on delivering outstanding service.

You will lead Transportation and Warehouse teams, manage financials, recruit and develop talent, and partner with HR to build a high‑performing culture built on accountability and a customer‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in operations/logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of the home appliance delivery and installation industry.
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of site operations, including financial performance, employee engagement, and service delivery, to meet and exceed business objectives.
• Oversee Transportation and Warehouse teams, setting clear priorities and providing hands-on leadership to ensure efficient operations.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and communicate performance expectations, fostering a culture of accountability and results.
• Partner with Human Resources to recruit, hire, and retain top talent.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure teams are aligned with company standards and new initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with timekeeping, payroll, and company policies.
• Promote a customer-first mindset across all operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
