RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast-paced store with up to 45 employees. You will drive profitability, guest experience, and team development, while managing schedules and store operations.
The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to analyze business metrics to make data-driven decisions. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Compensation: Earn approximately $61,500 annually, plus eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
Schedule: Monday-Friday with start times between 4:00 AM-7:00 AM. Managers typically work 9.5-hour shifts, with schedules varying based on business needs.
